Judge Belvin Perry, Jr. served as the chief judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida, where he presided over some of the most significant capital murder cases in the state's history. He holds degrees from Tuskegee University and Thurgood Marshall School of Law and is currently a personal injury attorney.
